Q: What is a session?
A: Session is a specific pickup location, date and time.
Q: What if I miss my pick up time?
A: Give us a call to arrange a pick up from the Dinner Delice facility.
Q: Can I make changes to my order?
A: Changes can be made up 5 days prior to your pick up date. To add new items, simply make another order. To change an existing order, give us a call.
Q: How far in advance can I place my order?
A: In general,
the order-by deadline for any session is 48 hours in advance. You can view the order-by deadline by hovering over a session on the calendar.
Q: Why can I not select some sessions shown on the calendar?
A: Session is closed, once the order-by deadline has passed.
Menu FAQs
Q: Do I have to order all menu items?
A: No. You can choose only the items you want.
Q: Is there a minimum?
A: You must order at least 2 servings of any item (except for Concert Dinners).
