Chefs Jody & Lisa have been passionate about cooking their entire lives. Jody spent her formative years in the food business (her parents owned two restaurants) and Lisa developed her love of cuisine as her 'mom's right arm' helping plan & prepare family meals from a very young age. Through both of their young adult lives in college & afterwards in high tech, they continued to develop their culinary skills & repertoire; planning, preparing & throwing dinner parties & assisting friends with private events.

Lisa left the world of high tech to raise her young daughters; she started Enchanted Table Catering in 1999 after her girls reached school age. Jody left the high tech field a few years later, when the post 9/11 economic downturn hit the high tech sector, offering her the opportunity to embrace a new career as a personal chef. When the two met a few years ago, they began to share ideas about food & helping people. These discussions led to the realization that there was an opportunity to work together; hence, Dinner Délice was born.
